My 12-week weight loss program is a structured program designed to help individuals lose weight and improve their overall health and fitness over a period of 12 weeks. The program includes a combination of nutrition and exercise coaching, guidance, and accountability to support participants in achieving their weight loss goals.

If you are local to the Northern Virginia area and looking to have a personal trainer guide you to greater strength and a fitter body, I work with clients at my space in Alexandria.
