12 Week Weight Loss Program


My 12-week weight loss program is a structured program designed to help individuals lose weight and improve their overall health and fitness over a period of 12 weeks. The program includes a combination of nutrition and exercise coaching, guidance, and accountability to support participants in achieving their weight loss goals.

In-Person Coaching


If you are local to the Northern Virginia area and looking to have a personal trainer guide you to greater strength and a fitter body, I work with clients at my space in Alexandria. Specialties include functional strength building, weight loss, post-rehab stability/strength, and senior fitness. Message me for further details!
